This is one of Gina’s favorite recipes I make. This is for those of us who are tired of all the stuff that goes into most bagged snacks.
3 lbs. of Beef Stew Meat
1/12 bottles of your favorite steak sauce (I use 365 from Whole Foods)
3 tablespoons Ultimate Spice
1/2 tablespoons Ultimate Smokey Jalapeno Garlic
2 tablespoons Bragg’s Liquid Amino Acids
Mix ingredients and place in refrigerator while grill comes up to temperature. Heat grill to 500 degrees.
Place ingredients in cast iron skillet. Use the handle to keep the grill lid open just a bit. Stir occasionally and cook for 1hr.
