A recipe using The Ultimate Comfort Blend

This recipe came to us from our friend and Pop Up Gallery artist, Diane Mayer.
2 cups water
1 tablespoon The Ultimate Comfort Blend
Squeeze of lemon or splash of white wine
Bring to a boil. Slip in a chicken breast or fish filet and simmer until done.
Save the flavorful stock to poach again or make a soup.
Cook chicken for 20 minutes
Cook fish for 10 minutes.
This is a single serving recipe.
